Grown on the hot, dry, and gravelly soil of the 1,300-meter slopes of the Jezzine mountain ridge (South Lebanon), this handpicked Cabernet Sauvignon has been vinified with proud ancestral skill, giving it a peppery rich bouquet of ripe fruits and chocolate aromas. Its rounded tannins and balanced structure are a complement to excellent length.
Food pairing: Steak tartar, medium-rare steak, lamb dishes and hard cheeses.
