What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally except for the countries that our Courier and Payment Gateway forbids us. The list below are some of the countries we cannot ship to:

What items can be shipped?

Due to the fact that every country has its own laws, please check with the country you are shipping to before placing your order.

If you’re shipping in Lebanon, there are no restrictions on what items can be shipped.


Which shipping couriers do you deal with?

We currently use DHL and ARAMEX for international shipments, and LibanPost for local shipments in Lebanon. However, these couriers might use 3rd party couriers to deliver your package to its final destination.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on weight and volume, which can be determined by adding the items to your shopping cart and checking the shipping charges before completing the checkout.


How do I track my shipment?

When the order is placed, a confirmation email and a tracking number are sent to you.


Can I split my order to two different addresses?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible. Please place two different orders, one for each address.


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Master Card.

We also currently accept Cash on delivery, in US Dollars or Lebanese Pounds, ONLY in Lebanon.


What Payment Gateway do you use?

For inside we currently use Areeba, for outside Lebanon BOB secure payment.


Is it secure to pay online on your website?

To make our customers feel more secure when it comes to collecting payment, our website will redirect you to our trusted and secured Payment Gateway Provider. Once the transaction is completed, it will redirect you to our website.


What currencies do you accept?

When paying online, our payment gateway will charge your card in Lebanese Pounds or US Dollars. If your card currency is not in Lebanese Pounds or US Dollars, the payment gateway will charge your card in US Dollars, and an exchange rate will be applied at the rate of your bank and/or card agreement at the time of the payment


Are there any hidden fees other that the ones paid online?

There are no hidden fees from us, but you must be aware that there might be customs, taxes, and/or 3rd party shipping charges applied to your order once the items arrive at the destination.

Gift Cards

Can I exchange my gift card for Cash?

No, unless required by law with a proof of purchase.


What is the difference between a physical gift card and the gift card sent by email?

There is no difference.


Where can I get physical gift cards?

At selected stores.


Can you send physical gift cards by mail?

Unfortunately not.

How much food can I buy?

Please check your country’s laws as you might get charged at customs if you exceed a certain weight or price. Some countries require the inspection and testing of the food that arrives.


Why I can’t view some items in different countries?

We blocked some items since they can’t be shipped to these specific countries.
